The total distance is 1,014 Kilometers.
Get on the bus at the southern bus terminal. Air-cinditioned bus are available in first, second and VIP classes. The travel time is abouth 12 -15 hours. There are more buses available from Bangkok – Hatyai than those from Bangkok – Songkok. It is the longest concrete bridge in Thailand, with two part: the part connects the coast of Amphoe Mueang Songkhla at Ban Nam Krachai to the Southern coast of Koh Yo, this part is abouth 1,140 metres long; the second part connects the northern shore of Koh Yo to the coast of Ban Khao Khiao, a length of 1,800 metres.
